Oscar Trelles is a founder and systems-oriented coach working with leaders and operators under sustained pressure. His work focuses on regulation, constraints, and environment design to restore steadiness and decision quality. He created The Reverse Aging Challenge, a live healthspan immersion, and is building Reverse Aging Academy as a public research repository. He is also writing The Human OS Manual, a practical framework for how inputs, state, patterns, and environment shape performance across time. He is based in Málaga, Spain.
