The Human OS Manual defines the operating logic. Breathing Flame, the Reverse Aging Challenge, Unblocked in Ten Weeks, Costa Verde Stays, Costa Verde Retreats, and Ten & Walker apply that logic in different contexts: performance, healthspan, leadership, recovery, real estate, retreats, and venture building.
These are not separate projects. They share the same premise:

Advisory and conversations
I work selectively with founders, leaders, operators, healthtech teams, retreat partners, and organizations exploring human performance, resilience, re-entry, and environment design.
I prioritize partner-led formats. For salons, workshops, roundtables, and local events, the host handles audience, logistics, ticketing, and promotion. I bring the frame, facilitation, and intellectual architecture.
