About

Oscar Trelles is the author of The Human OS Manual, launching 15 October 2026 with Kindle pre-order available now. A systems-based alternative to self-improvement showing why lasting change requires understanding the operating conditions beneath energy, behavior, recovery, relationships, performance, and aging.

Why this book

Most people are not failing because they lack discipline. They are trying to solve connected human problems in isolated pieces, while the operating conditions underneath keep producing the same result.

The Human OS Manual, launching October 2026, follows that pattern into physiology, recovery, behavior, environment, adaptation, and healthspan.

Background

Oscar spent more than two decades inside performance systems: technology, advertising, market research, sales leadership, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, and human performance. Eventually, the pattern became impossible to ignore: people were trying to perform, lead, recover, change, and age inside conditions their bodies could not keep absorbing.

Oscar Trelles has spent more than two decades across technology, advertising, market research, sales leadership, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, systemic coaching, breathwork, and human performance. His work asks why intelligent, capable people often struggle to sustain change despite knowing what would help. The Human OS Manual brings those threads together into a systems-based account of energy, behavior, recovery, relationships, performance, and aging.

Applied work

Through Breathing Flame and the Reverse Aging Challenge, Oscar applies the Human OS lens to recovery, resilience, breathwork, healthspan, and adaptive capacity.
