Author bio
Oscar Trelles is the author of The Human OS Manual, a systems-based alternative to fragmented self-improvement. His work explores how human performance, recovery, behavior, adaptation, and healthspan emerge from the conditions people live and work inside.
He spent more than two decades across technology, advertising, market research, sales leadership, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, and human performance before extending that systems inquiry into physiology and long-term human capacity. His current work develops the Human OS framework across healthspan, leadership, work, environments, and the systems people build around themselves.
